The IR-3000 can be mounted over conveyors, belt lines, roll-to-roll processing lines, webs, and extrusion lines, with measurements displayed on a local panel, PC, PLC, or network system for alarms or automatic machine adjustment. Typical moisture accuracy is about ±0.05%, coating accuracy ranges from 0.1 to 0.01 micron, and the typical analog range is 0–10% moisture, expandable up to 40%.
