1. PVB Film & Lamination:

Excessive moisture during lamination can compromise the adhesion and clarity of laminated glass. The IR-3000 sensor measures moisture in raw film before lamination and after glass completion, allowing instant feedback. By passing the laminated product through the NIR sensor, manufacturers can achieve precise ppm-level moisture detection, improving product quality and consistency.

2. Plastic Pellets

Controlling PVB plastic pellet moisture during production ensures product integrity and accurate pricing.
