The IR-3000 uses state-of-the-art components. Typical moisture accuracy is approximately ±0.05%; coating accuracy ranges from 0.1 to 0.01 micron, depending on coating type. The typical analog range is 0–10% moisture, up to nearly 40%, subject to application. With MoistTech’s product loss software capability, small gaps, inert material, foreign objects, and the belt or screw conveyors themselves are removed from the measurement calculation, providing the most accurate and true moisture reading.
