    Installation Points

    Mounting the IR-3000 particle board moisture sensor several inches above the conveyor allows continuous process monitoring. Users can control moisture/resin content manually or automatically in the PB process.

    Dust from the product is not typically a problem; however, in extremely dusty environments, we recommend an Air Purge System to prevent material accumulation on the sensor’s window.

    If the IR-3000 Particle Board Moisture Sensor needs installation near a dryer outlet susceptible to extreme heat conditions, cooling with air or water may be necessary.
